  1. This Report of Grades has specific control and security numbers assigned to each student which are considered valid and are used in the registration period for the First Semester, Academic Year 2023 - 2024 .

  2. You can access your R.O.G. five times only. Otherwise, you have to proceed to the Office of the Registrar for printing the same.

  3. Falsification, alteration or tampering of this form is considered a major and criminal offense; these are punishable either by expulsion or dismissal.
